Dylan Silvain is a Paralegal at Edmonds Marshall McMahon, working across the firm’s practice areas with a particular focus on crypto-related matters and complex civil and criminal litigation.

He graduated from the University of York in 2023 and has gained valuable experience at Mishcon de Reya, Euclid Law, and Wordley Partnership Solicitors.

Dylan plays a key role in the firm’s crypto and technology initiatives. He has contributed to developing an AI-powered case assessment tool that extracts key information from victims. He has also assisted in negotiating a commercial agreement with blockchain analytics provider Chainalysis, which enables investigators to trace crypto assets across the blockchain. His current work includes large-scale disclosure exercises, preparing court bundles, conducting crypto asset tracing, legal research, and producing firm publications. Dylan’s most widely read publication examines how artificial intelligence is likely to transform the role of the modern fee earner in law firms.

Dylan is committed to supporting the firm’s growth in white collar defence, asset recovery, and civil fraud litigation. Outside of work, he maintains an active lifestyle, regularly training at the gym and playing basketball.
