Monique was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in December 2025 and promoted to Associate in January 2026, having joined Edmonds Marshall McMahon as a Paralegal in May 2022.

She works across the firm’s criminal and civil teams, assisting on and progressing cases concerning complex fraud, malicious communications, proceeds of crime recovery, and intellectual property and trademark-related offences—as well as civil litigation concerning professional negligence and fiduciary claims.

Her work spans a broad range of responsibilities across complex and high-stakes matters, including leading aspects of case preparation, shaping legal strategy, and playing a key role at critical stages of proceedings. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and strategic foresight and is trusted to navigate sensitive and multifaceted disputes on behalf of clients.
